![]() So, in order to do that, I would need to create a bootable flash drive. After posting to another subreddit, people told me to do a clean install of Windows. It gets past the Dell loading screen, but nothing happens after that. After this, the screen kind of just went black, so I turned off the laptop and back on again, but it doesn't boot windows. So, upon this happening, I clicked the option that said, "Exit and continue to windows 10". When it got to around 43%, I got an error saying that the reset had failed or something along those lines. When I did this, I chose the option that said "keep my files". Anyways, I just got laptop from a friend, so to start off, I thought it'd be a good idea to factory reset it. Before I get into the problem I'm having, I need to tell you the backstory.
